Returns
At Ouish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your item for:
- A different product
- A full or partial refund to the original payment method
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all labels attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
📢 Holiday Returns: Orders placed during Thanksgiving & Christmas with EXPEDITED DELIVERY will be subject to a £10 restocking fee upon return.

⚠ Important: Please do not send your purchase back before receiving return authorization from our team.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.
- If rejected, we will notify you with a reason and offer a possible resolution.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Reach out to your bank, as they may require additional time to process the transaction.

Exchanges
Need a different size or design? We allow exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Sale Items & Promotions
Some sale items may be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the ‘Return & Delivery’ section on the product page or contact us for clarification.
Return Shipping
- If your item qualifies for a free return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is not eligible for free shipping, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📦 Tip: For returns over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of lost or missing returned items.
